適用于涂料、油墨、膠粘劑、樹脂等高粘度物料的攪拌、混合、分散.
分散軸通過攪拌軸傳動(dòng)至分散輪,通過強(qiáng)烈的分散能力使高粘度的物料達(dá)到混合、分散,且分散輪繞主軸作行星運(yùn)動(dòng),縮短物料攪拌時(shí)間的目的.低速攪拌框由減速器帶動(dòng)并裝有刮板,能刮清桶壁的物料,使整個(gè)缸內(nèi)無死角.并可根據(jù)需要抽真空,消除物料的氣泡.
Suitable to stir,mix and disperse the high viscosity materials such as coating, printingink,adbhesive agent and resin,etc,The dispersing shaft drives the dispersing disc through stirring shaft and the strong dispersing ability makes the high viscosity material dispersed. The low stirring frame fixed with the scraping plate is driven by the speed reducer,which can scrape the material on wall of cylinder clearly,make cylinder has no dead angle.Meanwhile,it can be vacuumized according to requirement to remove the bubble of material.
